Analisis Penerapan Konsep Kaizen Dan Lean Jepang Di Pt.Riau Andalan Pulp And Paper Indonesia Tahun 2019

This thesis presents the philosophy of Kaizen which is applied for
improvement of processes in production and leadership for the company. The
main aims of the thesis are to introduce the essence of the philosophy of Kaizen
and to suggests implementation of the philosophy into company as an alternative
model of managment. In this thesis, the sample of the project was at SD Taruna
Andalan School, with the title is Improving literacy skill of reading. Literacy is the
the basic skill that need to have to all people in the world.some of the cause why
literacy is not running well, bacause of enviromental influences.In the theoretical
part, the principles of philosophy of management, which have the roots in Japan,
are characterized on the basis of research from the available literature and other
theoretical sources. The history and evolution of Kaizen philosophy is anaylised
within the text for a better understanding and the differences between Japanese
and Indonesia society are also mentioned. The practical part is focused on
qualitative survey of applying the philosophy of Kaizen in the company PT. Riau
Andalan Pulp and Paper. The empirical investigation is mainly based on
interviews and observations. The experience of the PT.Riau Andalan Pulp and
Paper with the implementation of Kaizen philosophy is analysed through these
two methods. Every company need to have a CSR Program for their Country and
Climate. Which is relate with the APRIL concern is 5C, Good for Community,
Good for Country, Good for Climate, Good for Customer and Good for Company.
