Visualisasi Optik Berbasis Web Sebagai Media Pembelajaran Fisika Di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA)
Optics visualization learning media has been developed by several
researchers before, still has shortcomings, including visualization of the
formation of biconvex and biconcave thin lenses only, visualization which is not
integrated with the material in one learning media, has not been equipped with
practice questions and evaluations. This study aims to develop a valid optics
visualization to be used as a physics learning media in senior high school . Optics
visualization that is built on a web-based that can be used to see the image
formation process, especially on the optics lesson. The visualization of optics
developed consists of visualization of images on curved mirrors, thin lenses,
glasses, Lup, microscope and binoculars.
This research was conducted at the Physics Education Laboratory of the
University of Riau. The research model used in this research is the design model
learning media of instructional design type ADDIE with the stages of analysis,
design development, implementation, and evaluation. The data obtained through
validation sheets of optics visualization learning media and practicality sheets of
optics visualization learning media.
The decriptive research analysis is used for validation data Optics
visualization learning media, which by calculating the validation score by the
expert is lecturers of physics education and physics teachers in senior high school
and for practicality data analysis optics visualization learning media used the
descriptive analysis as welll by calculatingthe practicality score by the students
who are as the optics visualization learning media user.
Based on the results of the validity test by experts, the optics visualization
learning media web-based was declared valid with an average rating of 0.87 on
the design aspect, 0.89 on the pedagogic aspect, 0.88 on the content aspect and
0.84 on the technical aspect. While the validity by user experts (physics teachers)
was declared valid with an average rating of 0.84 on the design aspect, 0.83 on
the pedagogic aspect, 0.83 on the content aspect and 0.85 on the technical aspect.
The response test was conducted on students at SMAN 1 Kampar Kiri Tengah as
respondents. The results of the response test conducted to students stated that the
optics visualization web-based learning media developed was practical with an
average of 91.
Thus the optics visualization learning media web-based developed has
been declared valid and practical and can be used as a media of learning in
teaching and learning activities in class.
