Profil Kasus Korban Hidup Akibat Kekerasan Tajam Yang Diperiksa Di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Pekanbaru Provinsi Riau Periode 2015 – 2019
Sharp violence is a forced action that caused by sharp objects resulting
in injuries to the surface of a person's body. The types of wounds that can be
caused by this sharp violence are incision wound, stab wounds and lacerations.
This study aims to decide the profile of cases of injuries due to examined by
sharp violance at Bhayangkara Hospital Pekanbaru, Riau Province for the period
2015 - 2019. The research design used was a retrospective descriptive study of
Visum et Repertum (VeR) data for injuries at Bhayangkara Hospital Pekanbaru,
Riau Province for the period 2015 - 2019. Some cases of injuries due to sharp
violence in this study were 84 cases. The gender that most often experienced
sharp violence was male (85.7%) with the largest age range being 36 - 45 years
(47.6%). The majority of work victims examined were mostly private employees
(39.3%). The type of wound that was most often found in victims of sharp violence
was incision wounds (61.9%). The part of the wound caused by sharp violence
was found most often in the upper extremity area (42.9%). The highest degree of
injury experienced by cases of living victims due to sharp violence was moderate
injury (85.7%).
