Hubungan Dukungan Tenaga Kesehatan Terhadap Pengetahuan, Keyakinan Diri Dan Sikap Pada Ibu Menyusui Di Puskesmas Sidomulyo Rawat Inap Pekanbaru
The achievement of exclusive breastfeeding at Puskesmas Sidomulyo Rawat Inap
Pekanbaru in 2019 was 43.5%. The success of exclusive breastfeeding is
influenced by several factors, including the support of health workers, knowledge,
beliefs and attitudes of breastfeeding mothers. The purpose of this study was to
discover the relationship between health workers' support on knowledge, selfefficacy,
and attitudes in breastfeeding mothers at Puskesmas Sidomulyo Rawat
Inap Pekanbaru. Retrieval of this research data by using a questionnaire sheet to
determine the support of health workers' support, breastfeeding knowledge, selfefficacy,
and attitudes in breastfeeding mothers. This research is an analytical
observational study with a Cross-Sectional approach. The research sample
consisted of 115 people. Bivariate analysis using the Chi-square test. The results
of this study indicate that most breastfeeding mothers' assessment of health
workers' support in breastfeeding mothers was good, with a percentage of 59.1%.
Breastfeeding mothers have sufficient knowledge of breastfeeding with a
percentage of 58.3%, have high self-efficacy in breastfeeding with a percentage of
60.9% and a positive attitude with a percentage of 56.5%. Conclusion, there is a
relationship between the support of health workers and knowledge (p = 0.000).
There is a relationship between the support of health workers and self-confidence
(p = 0.000). There is a relationship between the support of health workers and
attitudes (p = 0.000).
