Gambaran Faktor-Faktor Penyebab Stres Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Riau Dalam Penulisan Skripsi
Stress is a form of physical, psychological, emotional, and mental tension. Stress
occurs when someone is depressed and uncomfortable while studying, it calls as stress
in learning. One of the learning pressures on students is when writing an undergraduate
thesis. Someone who is stressed will disrupt his life cycle. The purpose of this study is
to describe the factors that cause stress in medical faculty students at the University of
Riau in writing an undergraduate thesis, including time management, learning
motivation, social environment, non-social environment (instrumental and learning
process). This research is a descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach, the data
obtained from 126 students that most of the respondents are 73 people in the medium
time management category (57.94%), 75 people have good learning motivation
(59.52%), 100 people have a great social environment (79.37%), have 78 people in a
good instrumental (61.90%) and 87 people in a good learning process category
(69.04%). The finding shows that the factors of learning motivation, social
environment, and non-social environment that cause stress in the thesis writing of
medical students at the University of Riau show good indications, except for the time
management factor in the medium category.
