Profil Penderita Kanker Kolorektal Dan Penatalaksanaannya Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Periode Januari 2015 – Desember 2019

Colorektal cancer is a malignant neoplasm that originates or grows in the
colon and or rectum. Colorectal cancer arises through a complex interaction of
genetic and environmental factor. The purpose of this study was to determine the
profile of colorectal cancer patient. This type of research is descriptive. The
research data were all the medical records of colorectal cancer patients of Arifin
Achmad General Hospital in Riau province for the period January 2015 –
December 2019. The results of this study found 288 cases of colorectal cancer
patient with the highrst age characteristics, age 45-55 year 87 people (30,2%),
most sex was male 154 people (53,5%), the most risk factor was smoking 22
people (7,6%), with the most clinical symptoms was 112 people (39%) having
bloody and mucus bowel movements, the most histopathological features were
adenocarcinoma with 221 well differentiated types (83,4%), the highest stage was
stage IV 10 people (3,47%) and the most coommonly performed management was
surgery, namely resection as many as 53 people.
