Persepsi Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Riau Terhadap Program Kampung Pelita Medika Sebagai Pembelajaran Berbasis Komunitas
Community Based Education (CBE) is an implementation learning medical
program that assign clinical training, where the students get direct involve with the
community to reach out a partical learning objective. Moreover, faculty of medical
science has been running this CBE in a program called Kampung Pelita Medika
(KPM). This research aim to find out the perception of University Riau’s medical
students toward KPM as a learning program based on community basis.
Furthermore, this study uses descriptive analysis method, by obtaining qualitative
and quantitative data. In addition, the result of this research shows mean of
satisfaction level of the whole batch is 85,51, with the highest number in 2018 batch
with 85,73 ± 9,8 and there is no difference among the other batchs that follow the
KPM program. However, students’s satisfaction level have the most category with
the highest number with the percentage 71,3% and the highest number in sub
variable of the benefit with the number 3,35. This research also proves that the
KPM program has the benefit not only for medical students but also for the society
based on student’s perception.
