Sebaran Kejadian Demam Berdarah Dengue Berdasarkan Indeks Entomologi Di Tiga Kelurahan Kecamatan Sukajadi Kota Pekanbaru
The highest incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) in Sukajadi
District occurred in three sub-districts, namely Kampung Tengah, Kampung
Melayu and Kedungsari. To overcome dengue cases, more in-depth research such
as distribution mapping is needed. This study aims to determine the distribution of
DHF incidence based on the entomological index of Ae. aegypti in three subdistricts
of Sukajadi District of Pekanbaru. This research design is descriptive
with simple random sampling method. The sample of this research is a minimum
of 100 houses based on the provisions of the WHO (2009), here the researchers
took as many as 181 houses from three sub-districts. The results of this study
show that three sub-districts have low larvae free number (ABJ), high house
index (HI), high container index (CI), and high breteau index (BI), so the larvae
density/density figure (DF) value is obtained that three sub-districts are moderate
DF. The number of cases in the three sub-districts of Sukajadi District for the
period of January-July 2019 was 33 cases, between one case and another case the
distance was less than 100 meters according to the flight distance of the Ae.
aegypti which is approximately 100 m.
