Pengaruh Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja (Quality Of Work Life) Dan Kerja Tim (Teamwork) Terhadap Kreativitas Guru SD Negeri Di Gugus X Kecamatan Dumai Timur
The influence of Quality Of Work Life and Teamwork on the Creativity of Elementary School Teachers in Cluster X of East Dumai Subdistrict, guided by Creativity is a complex field of study and causes a variety of differences in views, which lies in the definition of creativity. At first, creativity was understood as a thought process with creative thinking techniques. In later developments, creativity is defined as the process of using imagination and expertise to give birth to new, original, unique, different or useful ideas.
There are several reasons creativity is required by teachers in the classroom. First, new ideas are appreciated by students. Creativity is needed to equip students with challenging ideas, which make them experience language in a meaningful context and at the same time develop them beyond content. Second, creativity is also needed to understand individual differences, motivations, cognitive and social styles, different backgrounds, different levels, ages, and expectations. If education is to be inclusive, creativity is needed to reach all students in one group.
Based on the background, several problems can be formulated in this study as follows: 1) is there a significant positive influence on the quality of work life on teacher creativity? 2) is there a significant positive influence of teamwork on teacher creativity? 3) is there a significant positive influence on the quality of work life and teamwork together on teacher creativity?
The purpose of this study is to reveal about the influence between quality of work life and teamwork on teacher creativity. This study uses descriptive methods and causal research types, using questionnaires as a data collection tool. Type of quantitative research with a population of 78 people. Sampling is done by proportional random sampling, so that a sample of 65 people is obtained. Data analysis techniques are carried out in two stages, namely descriptively and inferentially. Then the data obtained is analyzed with regression analysis, regression coefficient and determination coefficient. The results showed there is a positive and significant influence of the quality of working life on teacher creativity, there is a positive and significant influence of teamwork on teacher creativity and there is a positive and significant influence together between the quality of work life variables and teamwork on teacher creativity.
