Pematang Pudu Village is a forest area that has a high heterogeneity of vegetation, with
different types of land. Differences in forest land types are thought to affect the
diversity of long antenna beetles in the Talang Pematang Pudu Forest area. However,
this information is not yet known. This study aims to determine the types of long
antenna beetles (Cerambycidae) in the Talang Forest, Pematang Pudu Village, Mandau
District, Riau Province. The method used is using Artocarpus traps with collection days
on the 4th, 7th, 10th, 13th and 16th days. The location for catching the long antennae
beetle is on burnt forest land and unburned forest land. Long antenna beetles were
collected, then preserved and identified, the characteristics of the long antenna beetles
observed were the head, chest, and abdomen. The results obtained were as many as 13
species of 113 individual long antenna beetles. The characteristics of long antenna
beetles that can distinguish the types of beetles are from the shape of the antennae,
elytra, skutellum and pronotum. The long antenna beetles obtained were mostly from
the subfamily Lamiinae, the long antenna beetles consisted of Epepeotes, Lamiinae,
