Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Mahasiswa Fmipa Universitas Riau Terhadap Perkuliahan Online Menggunakan Metode Regresi Logistik Ordinal

At the end of 2019 the world was busy by the Covid-19, many activities were
hampered, one of which was education which was usually done offline, now it is
done online. Online learning is an effective solution for educational institutions to
carry out learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to analyze the
level of satisfaction of FMIPA UNRI students with online lectures using ordinal
logistic regression. Based on the results of research using the Wald test, it shows
that there are 12 significant variables on online lecture satisfaction. The result of
Nagelkerke's coefficient of determination is 0,664 or 66,4% meaning that the
independent variables affect overall satisfaction by 66,4% while 33,6% is
influenced by other variables that are not included in the research variables that can
affect the overall satisfaction assessment.
