Penilaian Wisatawan Pada Fasilitas Andalus Wisata Keluarga Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau

Enhancement of tourist facilities is one way for tourist attraction to attract more
tourists. Tourist ratings at facilities of tourist attraction can be used as a
benchmark to increase facilities of tourist attraction. This study aims to determine
tourist ratings of the facilities at Andalus Wisata Keluarga Kampar Regency of
Riau Province, as well as to know the effort of the management to manage
facilities in Andalus Wisata Keluarga. This study uses a quantitative method with
a descriptive approach to describe and explain the actual situation based on the
technique of collecting data by doing observation, questionnaires, documentation,
and interviews, which then draws a conclusion. The samples in this study were
100 peoples which is taken by using slovin formula. They were the tourist who
have been to Andalus Wisata Keluarga in 2020. Informan key in this research was
the manager of Andalus Wisata Keluarga. Based on the results, we can conclude
that tourist rating on facilities at Andalus Wisata Keluarga Kampar Regency of
Riau Province has been good in almost all types of facilities that is of major
facilities, support facilities, service facilities, facilities management, and
complementary facilities that refer to a grand theory used . This is evidenced by
the results of the assessment score that gets a good score by 22.867 points. The
efforts of the management in manage the facilities are to gradually improve the
facilities and increase the quantity and quality of the facilities at Andalus Wisata
Keluarga.
