Kontribusi Supervisi Kepala Sekolah Dan Komitmen Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru Sdn Di Kecamatan Bangko Kabupaten Rokan Hilir
This study aims to determine the effect of principal supervision and teacher commitment either partially or jointly with the performance of SDN teachers in Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The phenomenon that occurs is that the teacher's ability to develop a syllabus and lesson plan (RPP) is not optimal, thus creating an unattractive learning atmosphere. The ability in classroom management is still lacking, so as to create a conducive atmosphere in the classroom and a pleasant learning process. The teacher has not been maximal in utilizing the media so that the results in conveying messages to students are not optimal. In addition, the teacher does not vary the learning methods, so that student boredom occurs when teaching and learning activities take place. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire given by 112 teachers who were randomly selected as samples using the census sampling method. The research was conducted, namely the respondents gave responses to the questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression and data processing using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program.
Results Based on the research partially Principal Supervision has an effect on Teacher Performance. This means that Principal Supervision is an important variable to consider so that teacher performance can increase. Likewise, the teacher's commitment itself (partially) has an effect on teacher performance. The higher the commitment of the teacher, the better the performance of the teacher. And Principal Supervision and career development together affect the Performance of State Elementary School Teachers in Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency.
