The results of this study indicate that the implementation of online learning policies has not gone well. Its success cannot be separated from the discipline of all parties, namely schools, teachers, parents, and students. Therefore, from the school, a systematic, structured and simple schedule is needed that can make it easier for parents to supervise children's learning. The involvement of parents affects the success of children's learning itself because children's education is not completely left to the school. Some of the obstacles in the field, both from schools, are incomplete facilities. The teacher's obstacles are not being able to adapt quickly to changes, there are still technological stuttering, confusion about choosing an online platform, difficulty in conducting assessments, difficulty to coordinate with parents. Students' constraints are students cannot follow changes quickly and there are social gaps in this online learning, do not understand the material, lack of parental guidance and supervision, boredom, and boredom. Parental constraints, namely parents are confused and overwhelmed in assisting and supervising children's learning, not understanding the technology, expenses are increasing. Success cannot be separated from discipline and commitment to all parties, from teachers, parents, and students. The solutions given to the existing constraints are not appropriate and need to be re-examined.
There is a need for collaboration between schools, teachers, children, and parents of students which is expected to create more effective online learning and establish partnerships both from the private sector and others on an ongoing basis.
