Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Bagan Sinembah Kabupaten Rokan Hilir
This research is motivated by several phenomena of declining teacher performance, there are still teachers who do not make teaching tools in carrying out their duties. Have not carried out the learning process according to the regulations that have been set, and have not carried out an evaluation that is in accordance with the national assessment system. There are still teachers who come late, leave teaching hours prematurely, complain a lot, and the quality of teaching is low. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation and organizational climate on the performance of teachers at State Junior High Schools in Bagan Sinembah District, Rokan Hilir Regency. This research is quantitative using descriptive statistical methods and inferential statistical methods, in collecting data the researchers use general descriptions and conclusions using numbers and presentations and focuses on the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable.
Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (1) There is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on the performance of SMP Negeri teachers in Bagan Sinembah District, Rokan Hilir Regency. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational climate on the performance of SMP Negeri teachers in Bagan Sinembah District, Rokan Hilir Regency. (3) There is a positive and significant effect of work motivation and organizational climate on the performance of State Junior High School teachers in Bagan Sinembah District, Rokan Hilir Regency.
