Pengaruh Pemberdayaan Dan Keterlibatan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Guru Sd Negeri Se-Kecamatan Balai Jaya Kabupaten Rokan Hilir
This study aims to describe the effect of empowerment and work involvement on job satisfaction of State Elementary School teachers, Balai Jaya District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The background of the problem in this research is job satisfaction. Teachers still do not like their routine or monotonous work and consider their work only as an obligation. Teachers are less involved or less involved in activities carried out by schools. Teachers procrastinate the work that is their responsibility, which is a form of their dissatisfaction at work. Teachers have not been able to work well with other teachers in school activities. This research is quantitative, the research sample is 110 people, and the data is collected by means of a five-choice questionnaire. Data were analyzed using inferential.
The results of the study obtained a significant influence between the empowerment variables on the job satisfaction of elementary school teachers, and obtained a significant effect between the variables of work involvement on the job satisfaction of elementary school teachers. In addition, there is a significant influence of empowerment and work involvement on the job satisfaction of State Elementary School teachers, Balai Jaya District, Rokan Hilir Regency, which is indicated by the sig coefficient. < 0.05. This test was conducted to determine whether the relationship that occurs can apply to the population (can be generalized) and the results obtained that there is a significant effect of empowerment on the job satisfaction of elementary school teachers and the effect of job involvement on job satisfaction of elementary school teachers. This finding concludes that the better the teacher's perception of empowerment and work involvement, the better the job satisfaction of elementary school teachers. This research is expected to be useful for improving teacher job satisfaction in carrying out their obligations when carrying out learning activities and fostering students at school.
