Analisis Sistem Agribisnis Kopi Arabika (Coffea Arabica) Di Kecamatan Pantai Cermin Kabupaten Solok Provinsi Sumatera Barat

ABSTRACT
This research was aimed to analyze the farming subsystem of arabica coffee
agribusiness in Pantai Cermin District. The analytical method used was analysis
of farm income and farm efficiency with Return Cost Ratio (RCR) analysis, and
for balance point between income and total costs Break Event Point (BEP)
analysis was used. The result showed that the average production of Arabica
coffee in Pantai Cermin District per year was 4.770 kg/ha, total production cost
was IDR 14.202.281,33/ha/year with fixed cost of IDR 9.674.702,17/ha/year and
variable costs was IDR 4.527.579,17/ha/year. The gross income was IDR
42.930.000/ha/year, while the net income was IDR 28.727.718,67/ha/year with an
RCR of 2,29. The result showed that the farming of Arabica coffee in Pantai
Cermin was feasible to be implemented.
