Pelaksanaan Tugas Dan Tanggung Jawab Room Attendant Di Hotel Alpha Pekanbaru

Alpha hotel Pekanbaru is a three star hotel located on H.Imam Munandar ( Simpang
Sudirman) street. Alpha hotel Pekanbaru has a strategic location in the center of Pekanbaru
city and very close to the sultan syarif kasim II international airport which is 4,53 km away,
besides to close from airpot, alphahotel is also very close to the main tourist site of sang nila
utama museum which is 0,67 km, great mosque of an nur (biggest mosque in Pekanbaru)
about 2,82 km, Sukaramai Plaza 3,35 km, Pekanbaru mall 3,50 km. This research was
conducted to find out how the implementation of the duties and responsibilities of Alpha hotel
room attendant Pekanbaru. The key informants in this research were 5 people who were in
the room attendant department. The research results obtained are based on the results of the
over all interview namely the implementation of the duties and responsibilities of the alpha
hotel room attendant still need to improve and maintain the quality they have.
