Aplikasi Halo Quarantine Berbasis Android
Agricultural Quarantine Center Class I Pekanbaru is one of the Technical Implementation Units
(UPT) within the scope of the Agricultural Quarantine Agency - Ministry of Agriculture. In its
activities, the Pekanbaru Class I Agricultural Quarantine Center is inseparable from the actions
of agricultural commodity trading and quarantine measures to see that the presence or absence of
agricultural commodities carries plant pests or animal diseases, where these actions have a
complicated process related to the available facilities. The quarantine service unit is deemed
inefficient due to the limited opening time of the Quarantine Technical Service Unit and the
ongoing system that is still manual, this also makes it difficult for the Quarantine Staff to take
quarantine actions and the needs of service users are not on time. The Halo Quarantine
application based on Android is the answer to a breakthrough in the system that is currently
running, where this application is made with the Java Android programming language and
Google Firebase database as a database. This application is designed using Use Case Diagrams,
Class Diagrams and Activity Diagrams using UML (Unified modeling language) software which
aims to solve the problems addressed by the Agricultural Quarantine Center Class I Pekanbaru in
the organization of quarantine action data and service users who find it difficult to get file file
information required. This Halo Quarantine application also functions to communicate between
service users and doctors or officers of the Agricultural Quarantine Center Class I Pekanbaru and
provide information regarding circular letters from the center, the location of the Pekanbaru
Class I Agricultural Quarantine Office, as well as news related to the agenda of the Agricultural
Quarantine Center Class I Pekanbaru uptodate via Android media.
