Manajemen Pembelajaran Daring Pada Masa Pandemi Covid 19 Di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri Bernas Binsus Kecamatan Pangkalan Kerinci Kabupaten Pelalawan
Online learning management during the COVID-19 pandemic is proof that
education cannot be abandoned and is absolute as a necessity in the life of the
nation. Online learning management during the Covid 19 pandemic is
inseparable from the support of all parties including SMPN educational
institutions in Pangkalan Kerinci District of Pelalawan Regency. The purpose of
this study is to describe the results of the analysis "Online learning management
during the Covid 19 pandemic in SMPN in Pangkalan Kerinci District of
Pelalawan Regency" which includes the planning, implementation, supervision,
and evaluation process. This research regulation is SE Mendikbud No. 4 of 2020,
Decree of Four Ministers of The Republic of Indonesia in the academic year
2020, SE Kadikbud Pelalawan Regency No. 421 / Dikbud-PPSD / 2021/384 and
Permendikbud No. 22 and 24 of 2016 and Permendikbud No. 66 of 2013. This
research uses qualitative deriftive methods with two approaches, namely the case
study approach and the implementation approach (the seven basic criteria
according to Suharsimi Arikunto and Cepi Safrudin Abdul Jabar). Data collection
techniques with observations, interviews, documentation. The validity of the data
is determined by the degree of trust, diversion, dependence, certainty. Tenik data
analysis follows miles and huberman flow models. The results of the research at
the level of integrated planning in the Circular Letter of the Minister of Education
and Culture No. 4 of 2020 on the implementation of education policies in the
emergency period of the spread of Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) and the
Decree of the Head of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia in 2020
on guidance on the implementation of learning in the 2020/2021/384 school year
as well as the Circular Letter of the Head of Education and Culture of Pelalawan
Regency Number 421/Dikbud-PPSD/2021/384 on online learning of elementary
and junior high schools in accordance with the vision and mission of the school.
At the level of implementation is the realization of SE Mendikbud and SE
Kadikbud Pelalawan Regency supported by the utilization of Google Classroom
and WhatApps applications. At the level of supervision involves the role of
parents at home, and at the evaluation level is a report of student learning
outcomes, namely report card books.
