Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Posyandu Berbasis Web Pada Puskesmas Danau Marsabut

Posyandu is a community-based health effort carried out by the community, from
the community, and with the community. Posyandu empowers the community and
helps them access basic medical services. Posyandu, backed by the Danau
Marsabut Health Center, still manages the data manually, which causes problems
such as data recording errors and difficulty finding child data. The purpose of this
study is to establish a system for managing child records throughout Posyandu
with the support of the Danau Marsabut Health Center. This system design uses
use case diagrams, class diagrams, and sequence diagrams. This system was built
using the PHP language, the MySQL database, and the CodeIgniter3 framework.
This system is designed to help Posyandu find child data and provide more
accurate and up-to-date information. This system also simplifies the management
and reporting of child data.
