Medical confidentiality are matters concerning the personal health of health workers in
carrying out their work, such as when collecting medical histories, physical examinations,
supporting examinations, and medical records on patients. In the medical confidentiality
against the covid-19 pandemic, only initials of name, gender, short health status, age, and
chronology of transmission. This study aims to find out knowledge about medical
confidentiality and actions to maintain medical confidentiality against the covid-19 pandemic
disease. This research is a descriptive survey by looking at the primary data, namely by
distributing a questionnaire in the form of a Google Form to PPDS FK UNRI students. The
results showed that as many as 76 respondents with the characteristics of the most sex victims
were male (71.1%), the highest age was in the range of 26-35 years (89.5%), the most
respondents were in semesters 2 and 3 (19.7%), and the most study programs are pulmonology
and respiratory medicine (46.1%). The frequency distribution based on the level of knowledge
about medical confidentiality against the covid-19 pandemic disease was obtained by all good
respondents (100.0%) and the frequency distribution based on the level of action on medical
confidentiality against the covid-19 pandemic disease was found to be good (97.4%).
