Indicators Of Teachers As Core Values Of Fkip Universitas Riau: A Systematic Literature Review

Recently, FKIP Universitas Riau launched TEACHERS as core values that must be
possessed by all members of the academic community: lecturers, students and employees.
Each letter in the word TEACHERS has its own meaning. This study aims to add sufficient
documents of TEACHERS abbreviation indicators which are linked to professional teachers’
competency. Specifically, the purpose of this study is to investigate indicators of
TEACHERS in relation to professional teachers’ competency in Indonesia. Systematic
Literature Review is used as the methodology of qualitative. The data were obtained
through systematic searching in credible databases. The findings of this study revealed that
there were 34 indicators that vary in 8 letters of TEACHERS that professional teachers
should possess.
