Complaint services and requests for information that are currently running at the
Polsek are still not optimal and data processing is still done manually, this results
in complaint data being not well organized. The purpose of this research is to create
a Web-Based Public Complaint Information System for the Sector Police (Polsek).
The development and modeling methods use UML (Unified Modeling Language),
namely: Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams. The system
uses PHP, MariaDB and MySQL programming languages to manage databases.
The public complaint information system can make it easier for the Polsek to
manage complaint data and make it easier for the public to make complaints without
having to go to the Polsek.
