The election of the village head is the implementation of the sovereignty of the people
in the village in order to elect the village head which is direct, general, free, confidential,
honest and fair. Village head elections are only held once every 6 years. At this time,
the village head election still uses manual tools such as paper and nails for voting. Every
time a village head election is held, then on that day, officers and the community will
gather in a voting field (TPS) to conduct village head elections, this can trigger an
increase in the Covid-19 virus. Even with a manual method like this, the committee will
find it more difficult to process voter data, and also to make vote recap results.With this
web-based Village Head election information system, it can make it easier for the
committee to manage Pilkades data and save more time for the committee or the
community. In this study, researchers used the prototype method as a method of
development and modeling using UML (Unified Model Language). Making a website
using the PHP and MySQL programming languages to manage the database. With this
village head election information system, it can help Serombou Indah village in
managing Pilkades data.
