Analisis Risiko Usaha Budidaya Ikan Tapah (Wallago Leeri) Di Desa Buluhcina Kecamatan Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau

Risk analysis is a structured process to determine what events will occur (identifying hazards), analyzing the likelihood of those events occurring (determining likelihood), assessing the potential impact after they occur (determining consequences). This research was conducted with the aim of identifying risk factors and calculating the level of risk in tapah fish farming in Buluhcina village, SiaK Hulu sub-district, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The method used in this research is the survey method. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling technique which amounted to 30. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews, observations, questionnaires, and literature studies. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and analysis of business risk levels. Based on the results and discussion of this study, it can be concluded that (1) the main factors that are at risk in cultivation business activities are production risk and marketing risk. Production risks include pests, temperature changes, cage density, cage layout, cannibalism, seedling mortality, cage leakage, and fish theft. Marketing risks include the periodic harvest process and differences in selling prices. (2) The results that business activities break even and are always profitable and feasible to develop details that the average investment spent by tapah fish farming business actors in Buluhcina Village for the development of tapah fish farming in Buluhcina Village Buluhcina for business activities amounted to IDR.98,557,807, - with an average gross income of IDR.157,250,000 and an average net income of IDR 70,780,753.
