ABSTRACT
Cooperative performance analysis needs to be carried out in order to determine the development and condition of this people's economic institution, which can be seen through the analysis of financial performance and management performance. This study uses a case study method with the research object of KUD Rukun Makmur which tends to experience a significant decline in performance in 2019-2023 and a crisis of confidence that occurred before the rebuilding of KUD Rukun Makmur. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of financial development, and management performance of the Rukun Makmur Cooperative located in Sei Simpang Dua Village, Kampar Kiri Hilir District, Kampar Regency. This study was analyzed using financial ratios, du pont system analysis, common size analysis, trend analysis and development ladder assessment analysis. The results of the study show that the financial performance of KUD Rukun Makmur in the 2019-2023 period based on the financial ratio analysis is in poor condition due to not being in accordance with the established categories, although there are several ratios that meet the established criteria. Meanwhile, based on the du pont system analysis, the financial performance of the cooperative is in poor condition. In addition, the financial development of the Rukun Makmur cooperative tends to be less good when viewed from the common size and trend analysis. The management performance of KUD Rukun Makmur which uses the development ladder assessment tends to be in good condition as seen from the variables of vision, capacity, and work network.
