Gambaran Stadium Klinis Dan Skor Lund-Mackay Ct-Scan Spn Pada Pasien Rinosinusitis Kronis Dengan Polip Nasi Di Poliklinik Tht-Kl Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Tahun 2018-2021
Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) is defined as inflammation of the nasal mucosa and
paranasal sinuses lasting at least for 12 weeks. Based on the presence of the
polyps, CRS is divided into CRS with and without polyp(s). Nasal polyp is the
most common mass lesions of the paranasal sinus mucosa located in the nose
which is caused by chronic mucosal inflammation. This study was conducted to
determine the description of clinical staging and Lund-Mackay CT-Scan scoring
in CRS patients with nasal polyp(s) at the ENT clinic at RSUD Arifin Achmad,
Provinsi Riau 2018-2021. This study method used was a retrospective descriptive
study using secondary data in the form of medical record data and paranasal
sinus CT-Scan results from CRS patients with nasal polyps in the ENT clinic
RSUD Arifin Achmad, Provinsi Riau 2018-2021. During this period, 20 samples
of clinical stage and paranasal sinus CT-Scan results met the inclusion and
exclusion criteria. The results of this study showed that the biggest number of
clinical stage of CRS patients with nasal polyps found was at stage 2 (45%). The
location of the affected paranasal sinuses found was mostly in the left maxillary
sinus (13.3%) and the least was found in the right sphenoid sinus (5.5%). The
result of the Lund-Mackay scores in CRS patients with nasal polyps showed the
high score ≥6 obtained was 15 samples (75%) and low
