Uji Toksisitas Akut Dan Sub-Lethal Limbah Cair Kelapa Sawit Terhadap Benih Ikan Nila Merah (Oreochromis Sp).
Abstract
Waste generated from Palm Oil Mills (PKS) has a negative impact in the form of problems of decreasing water quality. This research was conducted in January-March 2022 in the Aquaculture Environmental Quality Laboratory, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Affairs, Riau University. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) method with four treatments and three replications, the red tilapia seeds used in the study were 5-7 cm in size. The results of the research that has been done acute toxicity test obtained 96 hours LC50 value is 448.24 ml/l, the biological safety level value is 4.48 ml/l. The best treatment was a concentration of 4.48 ml/l with an absolute weight of 1.92 grams, a specific growth rate of 1.23% and a survival rate of red tilapia fry 100%. Water quality such as water temperature ranged from 27-28 C, pH ranged from 6-7.8, DO ranged from 4.3-2.8 mg/l, CO₂ ranged from 8.1-15.5 mg/l and Ammonia ranged from 0.003 to 0.041 mg/l.
