Pengaruh Pemberian Larutan Nanas (Ananas Comosus Linn) Terhadap Penetasan Telur Dan Kelulushidupan Larva Ikan Baung (Hemibagrus Nemurus)

ABSTRACT
This study was conducted on April-May 2022 at Fish Hatchery and Breeding Laboratory, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine, University of Riau, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was determine the effect of immersion eggs with different doses of Ananas comosus Linn on hatchability, growth, and survival of Asian Redtail Catfish larvae. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications. Different doses used on this study were; P0 (0 ml), P1 (0,75 ml), P2 (1,0 ml), P3 (1,25 ml). Asian redtail catfish eggs were soaked in a solution of A. comosus for 3 minutes in a bowl with an egg density of 753 eggs (1 gram) then incubated in an aquarium. Asian redtail catfish larvae were reared for 21 days. Parameters measured in this study were egg adhesion, fertilization rate, hatching time, hatching rate, absolute weight growth, absolute length growth, specific growth rate (LPS), survival rate (SR), and water quality.
