Hematologi Ikan Gurami (Osphronemus Gouramy) Yang Diberi Pakan Mengandung Tepung Daun Turi (Sesbania Grandiflora) Fermentasi Dan Diuji Tantang Aeromonas Hydrophila

Abstract
Turi leaves (Sesbania grandiflora) are natural ingredients that have antibacterial compounds. This research was conducted in April-June 2022 at the Fish Nutrition Laboratory and Fish Parasites and Disease Lab, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine, University of Riau. The purpose of this study was to get the best dose of fermented fermented turi leaves in the feed as seen from the hematology before and after the challenge test with A. hydrophila. The method used is an experimental method using one factor Completely Randomized (CRD) with 5 of treatments, namely Kn: (without treatment), Kp: (without treatment and infected with A. hydrophila ), P1: (fermented feed contains 15% turi leaves, 85% soybean flour, P2: (fermented feed contains 30% turi leaves, 70% soybean flour), and P3: (fermented fermented feed contains 45% turi leaves, 55% soybean flour). Fish kept for 46 days. The challenge test was carried out on day 32 with A. hydrophila bacteria at a density of 108 CFU/mL of 0.1 mL/bird. The results showed that the fermented feed contained 45% turi leaves, 55% soy flour, with total erythrocytes 2.51 x 106 cells/mm3, hematocryte was 40.33%, hemoglobin was 10.40 g/dL, total leukocytes 10.13 x 104 cells/mm3, phagocytosis activity 21.13%, survival rate 90% and absolute weight growth 9.52g. The water quality parameter were temperature ranged from 27-30 0C, pH 5.9-6.2, DO 5.5-5.9 mg/L, and NH3 0.015-0.017 mg/L . Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there was an effect of adding fermented turi leaves to the feed on the hematology of gouramy before and after the challenge test of A. hydrophila bacteria had a significant effect.
