Pembuatan Pupuk Organik Padat Dari Sampah Daun Kering
ABSTRACT
Garbage is the residue of human daily activities or natural processes in solid form which is often encountered, especially dry leaf waste, to reduce this waste, dry leaf waste is used to manufacture solid organic fertilizer. Organic fertilizers are the result of the decomposition of parts or remains of plants and animals. The purpose of this research is to make organic solid fertilizer from dry leaf waste and to analyze the results of the solid fertilizer produced including elements of N, P, K water content and yied according to the conditions SNI 7763:2018. The manufacturing process is carried out using crushed dry leaf waste and cow dung. with a ratio of 3:3 with the addition of EM-4 into the container, and a fermentation process is carried out. Furthermore, testing for nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), yield and water content was carried out at 7 days, 14 days and 21 days of fermentation. From the results of the analysis, the highest Nitrogen level occurred on the 21st day, namely 2.58%, the highest Phosphorus level occurred on the 21st day, namely 0.82%, the highest Potassium level occurred on the 21st day with a level of 0.91%, while the water content the highest occurred on day 7, namely 13.2%. Based on SNI 7763:2018. the levels of Nitrogen, Potassium, Phosphorus, yield and water content meet the standards of solid organic fertilizers.
