Pengaruh Latihan Memukul Bola Digantung Terhadap Ketepatan Smash Tim Bola Voli Putra Vbc Swadaya Bhayangkara Pekanbaru

The problem in this research is that the men's volleyball players of VBC Swadaya Pekanbaru are not optimal when smashing. ball is also often not quite right, so that when hitting, athletes are also late and do not match the accuracy of the smash. The population in this research consisted of all male volleyball players using a total sampling technique of a total of 12 athletes. This type of research uses a single-group pre-test-post-test design, using the Spike/Smash test. Based on the analysis performed, the t_count value between the pre-test and post-test with t_table is at a significant level of 0.05 with degrees of freedom N - 1 (12-1 = 11). This shows that the value of t_count(9.211) > t_table(1.796) thus it can be concluded that the hypothesis states that there is an effect of hitting the ball hanging practice (X) on the smash accuracy (Y) of the BVC SWADAYA Pekanbaru men's volleyball team.
