Hubungan Perilaku Asertif Dengan Penyesuaian Sosial Siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Tebing Tinggi

This study aims to determine the relationship between assertive behavior and social adjustment of class X students of SMAN 2 Tebing Tinggi. This research is a descriptive quantitative correlational research. The sample in this study amounted to 142 students obtained through random sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out using an assertive behavior scale and a social adjustment scale. The data analysis technique used product moment correlation with the Pearson formula with the help of IMB SPSS version 25. The results showed that there was a significant and positive relationship between assertive behavior and students' social adjustment, this is evidenced by the product moment test analysis results obtained a significance value (sig. 2 tailed) is 0.727 which means that the value is
