ABSTRACT
Pekanbaru City's wastewater access coverage consists of 90% local systems, 7.59% babs and 2.41% inadequate access. A Centralized Domestic Wastewater Management System (SPALDT) has been planned for Pekanbaru City which is located in Rejosari Village, Tenayan Raya District which will serve 5 districts namely Pekanbaru City, Limapuluh, Sail, Senapelan and Sukajadi, namun there are still areas in Pekanbaru City that carry out defecation practices and have access to improper sanitation so that it has the potential to pollute water bodies and the environment. The provision of wastewater treatment systems can control sanitation problems in the community. So it is planned to determine the system and location of SPALDT Settlements in Pekanbaru City with a period of 20 years to come. Determination of the Domestic Wastewater Management System based on the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 2017 with the results of the selected centralized management system in Tuah Madani District obtained. On the determination of the location pay attention to factors that affect performance by using weights and values. The weighting results obtained the highest suitability value of 307 with an area of 14 ha in Sialang Munggu Village, Tuah Madani District.
