Perbedaan Waktu Pergantian Pakan Alami Terhadapa Pertumbuhan Dan Kelulushidupan Larva Ikan Patin Siam (Pangasianodon Hypophthalmus)

ABSTRACT
This research was conducted from May to June 2022 for 40 days, at Fish Hatchery and Breeding Laboratory, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine, Riau University, Pekanbaru.The aim of this research is to know the differences in the timing of natural feed changes on the growth and survival of Siam catfish larvae (Pangasianodon hypophthalmus). The method used in this study was an experimental method, namely a one factor Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four treatment levels and three replications. The treatment in this study namely P1 (Artemia sp 5–10 days old, kutu air 13–18 days old, Tubifex sp 21–44 days), P2 (Artemia sp 5–12 days old, kutu air 15–20 days old, Tubifex sp 23–44 days), P3 (Artemia sp 5–14 days old, kutu air 17–22 days old, Tubifex sp 25–44 days), P4 (Artemia sp 5–16 days old, kutu air 19–24 days old, Tubifex sp 27–44 days). The results showed that the best feed change treatment was at P2 (Artemia sp 5–12 days old, kutu air 15–20 days old, Tubifex sp 23–44 days), with an absolute weight of 1.11 g, an absolute length growth of 5.96 cm, a specific growth rate of 16.09%/day and a survival of 80.83%. The water quality parameters during the study were temperature 27.0-28.1 C, pH 6.2-7.0 and dissolved oxygen 4.0-5.4 ppm.
