Evaluasi Dan Perencanaan Sistem Pengangkutan Sampah Di Kecamatan Payung Sekaki Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
Waste the residue from human activities in the form of solid waste. Waste needs to be managed so as not to cause negative impacts. One of the efforts in managing waste is by carrying out waste transportation. The purpose of this study was to evaluate waste transportation and provide planning related to waste transportation in Payung Sekaki District. The results showed that Payung Sekaki District uses a direct transportation system with a percentage of 70% of waste transported to TPA. This figure is in accordance with the target Minimum Service Standards (SPM). The longer the distance covered in a route, the longer it takes. The total time used for transporting garbage per trip is 4.749 hours / trip, with an average of 2 trips / day and an average off route time of 0.466 hours with an off route factor of 0.047. Based on this, it is necessary to change the route including adding depot transfers, changing transportation routes and adding collection and transport vehicles. The need for collection and transport vehicles at the end of the planning period is 4 units of dump trucks with a capacity of 10 m3, 1 unit of armroll truck with a capacity of 12 m3 and 1 unit of tronton with a capacity of 30 m3.
