Evaluasi Dan Perencanaan Sistem Pengangkutan Sampah Di Kecamatan Sail Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT Waste is the residue of human daily activities or natural processes in solid. Waste is basically a material that is wasted or disposed of a source resulting from human activities or natural processes that have no economic value (Law No. 18, 2008). Waste transportation is an important component in waste management activities. Ministry of Environment and Forestry’s Waste Management National Information System states that waste generation in 2021 will reach fewer 353,133.89 tons/year with a level of sevice 63.06%. This study aims to evaluate and plan a waste transportation system from Temporary Shelters into lanfill in Sail District. The evaluation results show that the percentage of waste services transported is 70% with an average total transportation time of 4.815 hours/trip, an average off route time of 0.392 and an average off route factor of 0.049 and the distribution of TPS is uneven. Based on the results of this evaluation, it is necessary to plan so that the percentage of service in 2031 will be 90% with the addition of TPS and ritations, which initially had 14 TPS to 20 TPS and an initial total of 3 trips / 3 units of vehicles to 5 trips / 3 units of vehicles to and changes waste transport routes.
