Status Keberlanjutan Perikanan Tangkap Skala Kecil Di Bagian Utara Pulau Rangsang

Abstract
Sustainable capture fisheries is a concept of fishing process that pays attention to the sustainability of fish resources. This study aims to determine the sustainability status of small-scale fisheries according to ecological, social, technological and institutional dimensions in the northern part of Rangsang Island, Meranti Islands Regency. The results showed that The sustainability status of small-scale fisheries according to the ecological dimension for fishing gear in Sungai Gayung Kiri Village is less sustainable with an index value of 37.64%, according to the technological dimension it is sustainable with an index value of 75.61%, according to the social dimension it is quite sustainable with an index value 51.05%, and according to the institutional dimension it is unsustainable with an index value of 14.86%. The sustainability status of small-scale fisheries according to ecological and social dimensions for gombang fishing gear in Sungai Gayung Kiri and Anak Setatah Villages is less sustainable with an index value of 35.93% and 34% respectively, according to the technological dimension it is quite sustainable with an index value of 70, 15%, and according to the institutional dimension it is unsustainable with an index value of 14.86%. The sustainability status of small-scale fisheries according to the ecological dimension for gillnet fishing gear in Tanah Merah and Anak Setatah Villages is less sustainable with an index value of 49.90%, according to the technological dimension it is sustainable with an index value of 75.61%, according to the social dimension it is quite sustainable with index value of 51.05%, and according to the institution is not sustainable with an index value of 18.87%.
