ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the importance of human resource management in the progress of a company. To improve employee performance, the company needs to manage the human resources in it. This research was conducted at PT. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru, located on Jalan Soekarna-Hatta No. Kav 141 Tengkerang Bar, Kec. Marpoyan Damai, Pekanbaru City, Riau 28282. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and job training on employee performance at PT.Suka Fajar Pekanbaru. Compensation and job training as variables X1 and X2 and employee performance as variable Y. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative analysis methods obtained from the results of the questionnaire and measured using the Likert scale technique. The data is then processed using the SPSS program. This study also uses a simple linear regression analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study were 60 respondents from the total population using simple random sampling method. The results showed that testing the first hypothesis, namely compensation has a positive effect on employee performance. The second test, job training has a positive effect on employee performance. The results of the Fcount test show that compensation and job training simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: Compensation, Job Training, Employee Performance.
