Penerapan E-Government Dalam Perspektif Sustainability Innovation Di Rumah Sakit Daerah Madani Kota Pekanbaru
SUMMARY
In improving the quality of public services in each regional organization, the government calls on related agencies to create and implement innovations that are useful for creating effective and efficient service conditions. The presence of innovation can also be an indicator that public service providers are responsive and strive to provide the best service. In this case, the service innovation in question is services in all sectors. It cannot be separated from the fact that the health service side is also required to innovate in the implementation of its programs, where in this case the public organization involved is in the health sector, namely the Hospital. One of the hospitals implementing innovation in the field of health services is the Madani Regional Hospital, Pekanbaru City. One of the innovations that emerged was SI LAYER KETAN. This innovation is a digital or technology- based service that functions as a medium for reporting patient safety incidents while carrying out activities at the hospital. The incidents that can be reported in this service include incidents of patients falling, medication administration errors, drug allergies, and various other incidents experienced by patients. The reporting mechanism in this service can not only be carried out by the patient or the patient's family, but hospital employees can also report if a similar incident occurs in the hospital area. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of E- Government from a Sustainability Innovation Perspective at the Madani Regional Hospital in Pekanbaru City and the factors that hinder the Implementation of E- Government from a Sustainability Innovation Perspective at the Madani Regional Hospital in Pekanbaru City. The theory used in this research is Bowfield et al, in Silalahi, et al (2022) with the indicators Enablers, Agents of Sustainability Innovation, and Processes of Sustainability Innovation. The type of research in this study is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The results of this research explain that the e-government (SILAPIS KETAN) at RSD Madani can be implemented sustainably. The factors that hinder the implementation of E- Government in the Sustainability Innovation Perspective at the Madani Regional Hospital in Pekanbaru City are the lack of socialization regarding the use of innovation and the presence of errors in the system used.
