Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning Berbantuan Media Interaktif Prezi Terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Siswa Kelas X SMAN 4 Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This research is to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning model assisted by Prezi interactive media on students' critical thinking skills. The research was carried out in class X at SMAN 4 Pekanbaru in April-June 2023. The parameters in this research were critical thinking skills. Data collection techniques in this research used critical thinking observation. The 5 indicators of critical thinking consist of analyzing, synthesizing, recognizing and solving problems, concluding, and evaluating and assessing. Based on the results of observation, students' critical thinking skills in the control class obtained an average of 48.54% in the moderately critical category, and the experimental class obtained an average of 64.31% in the critical category. Of the five highest indicators of critical thinking skills, namely analyzing indicators both in the control class, 50% were categorized as quite critical and in the experimental class 66.32% were categorized as critical. The lowest average obtained on the indicators of evaluating and assessing both in the control class obtained 43.75% categorized as quite critical and in the experimental class obtained 59.49% categorized as quite critical. Based on observations, 5 indicators of critical thinking have increased and are in the critical and quite critical categories. It can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning model assisted by Prezi interactive media affects students' critical thinking skills.
