Pengaruh Latihan Drill Kelentukan Terhadap Kelentukan Atlet Sepaktakraw PSTI Danau Baru
The problem of this research is a lack of flexibility, so that when a serve or smash is done it is not optimal, this can be seen from training and matches that have been done several times. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of flexibility drill training on the flexibility of PSTI Danau Baru sepaktakraw athletes. The sample in this study was PSTI Danau Baru sepaktakraw athletes using a total sampling technique of 6 people. This type of research is a pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest design, the instrument in this research is a test of waist and trunk muscle flexibility. Data analysis techniques collected from the pretest and posttest were analyzed using the normality test and t-test. Based on the research results that the author has described in the previous chapter, the following conclusions can be drawn: There is an influence of flexibility drill training on the flexibility of the PSTI Danau Baru sepaktakraw athletes, based on the t test analysis which produces a tcount of 2.853 and a ttable of 2.132. This means tcount > ttable so Ha is accepted
