Gambaran Kelelahan Fisik Danmental (Burn Out) Mahasiswapada Pembelajaran Daring Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Riau
The COVID-19 pandemic has caused the learning system to be implemented online. The unoptimality of online learning can cause burnout in students. Burnout is a psychological state characterized by physical, mental, and emotional exhaustion due to prolonged stress. The purpose of this study is to determine the description of medical student burnout in online learning. Burnout will be measured using the MBI-SS questionnaire. This research is an observational descriptive research with a total sampling method in the class of 2020 FK UNRI. The results showed that the majority of respondents experienced moderate burnout as many as 69 people (62.2%), aged ≥ 20 years (62.4%), male (67.8%), and came from outside Riau Province (64.3%). Burnout based on the dimensions found that the majority of respondents experienced moderate levels of fatigue as many as 75 people (67.5%), low levels of depersonalization as many as 71 people (63.9%), and moderate levels of inefficacy as many as 62 people (55.9%).
