Efisiensi Waktu Pengisian Perbekalan Melaut Kapal Perikanan Pancing Tonda Di Pelabuhan Muara Padang
Muara Port is one of the harbons in Padang City located at the mounth of the Batang Arau river. The fishing fleet in Muara Port is generally tonda fishing boats with tonnage of 7 to 18 GT and a crew of 3 to 7 people. The purpose of this study was to determinate the level of time efficiency and how the relationship between factors affecting the time efficiency of filling marine supplies.the research method used was the survey method. The result showed that the level of time efficiency of filling marine supplies of tonda fishing boats at Padang Muara port was between 66,20% and 70,99% with an average of 68,49% so that it was classified at less efficient criteria. The result of quadratic regression analysis obtained R² value of the amount of ice by 0,6295, theamount of fuel by 0,5171, the amount of fresh water by 0,5826, the number of crew by 0,5734, the tonnage of the ship by 0,5054, the mileage of filling ice by 0,6299, the mileage of filling fuel by 0,643, the mileage of filling fresh water by 0,7604, the length of the fishing trip plan by 0,8282. The result of multiple linear regression analysis obatined the equation Y=70,557 + 0,022X1 – 0,000249X2 – 0,002X3 – 0,148X4 + 0,044X5 + 0,001X6 + 0,000233X7 – 0,033X8 – 0,160X9. The value of the correlation coefficient (r) is 0,94, the coefficient of determination (R²) is 0,889 which means that the independent variabels affect the efficiency of filling time for fishing supplies by 88,90%. The researcher hopes that the manager, PPS Bungus, fisherman will pay more attention to the use of time in filling sea supplies so that in the future the level of time efficiency at Padang Muara Port will increase.
