Survei Kondisi Fisik Tim Futsal SMA Negeri 14 Pekanbaru

To determine the physical condition of the futsal team at SMA Negeri 14 Pekanbaru. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. . The population and sample of this research were 15 people from the entire extra-curricular team of the Pekanbaru 14 State High School futsal team. The instruments used were the bleeb test, leg dynamometer, 30 meter sprint, Illinois agility test, standing stork test, sit and reach, and soccer volleyball test. The conclusion that can be drawn in this research is: the physical condition of the Pekanbaru 14 State High School Futsal Team from the overall average is 19.26% within a score range of 13.- 19.26%. So it is categorized as sufficient
