Evaluasi Kinerja Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Alami Kabupaten Tanah Datar Batusangkar
Regional drinking water company (PDAM) Tanah Datar Regency Limo Kaum branch has 4 (four) drinking water supply system, namely Surau Gadang Silabuak Spring, Sitakuak Spring, Kiambang Spring and Tumanggu Spring to meet quality standards for drinking water the purpose of this study is to assess or evaluate the performance of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Alami Tanah Datar Regency from 2018 to 2022 based on the Technical Guidelines for PDAM performance Assessment of the Ministry of Public Works BPPSPAM 2021. The research method used is a quantitative research method consisting of 4 (four) aspects based on the secondary data needed from 2018 to 202, each aspect including financial aspects including net profit after tax, operating ratio, etc. Service aspects include the number of resident served, the number of customers for this year and the previous year, etc. Operational aspects include the amount of installed capacity, the volume of water sold, etc. Human resource aspects include the number of emplyees, the number of training expenses, and others. The results of the performance assessment based on the PDAM Tirta Alami of Tanah Datar District is in the the healthy category with a performance score between 2,81 to 3,21. The highest performance value occurred in 2022, namely 3,21. However, to improve performance, improvements are needed in the financial aspect, namely in the return on equity indicator and operating ratio, in the service aspects, namely in the of service coverage, customer growth, customer water quality and domestic water consumption in the operational aspect, namely in the indicators product efficiency, unaccounted water and replacement of water meter, in the aspect of human resources, namely in the indicator of the ratio of training to employee load.
