Perbandingan Pengaruh Latihan Interval Training Dengan Mengonsumsi Air Madu Dan Tanpa Mengonsumsi Air Madu Terhadap Daya Tahan Aerobik Atlet Bulu Tangkis Jelang Fajar Pekanbaru
The aim of this researceher is to find out how water affects interval training using honey water on the aerobic endurance of badminton athletes before dawn in pekanbaru. This type of researchis a quasi-experiment (quasi-experiment) by presenting a control group (two group time pretest-posttest). The population in this study was the Before Dawn Pekanbaru badminton athletes whose address was Jl. Bumi Tarai Damai Housing Block B no. 6 Tarai Bangun Village, District. Mining District. There are 25 people in Kampar, 14 sons and 11 daughters. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling technique. To maintain sample homogeneity, only male athletes were taken as samples. The sample was divided into two according to the objectives of this research, namely the first group as the experimental sample and the second sample as the control sample. The samples were divided equally according to the initial aerobic endurance ability after carrying out the initial test with relatively the same average aerobic endurance ability. Based on the research results, the conclusion obtained in this study is: Comparison of the Effect of Interval Training Exercises with and Without Consuming Honey Water on the Aerobic Endurance of Badminton Athletes Before Dawn in Pekanbaru. Based on research, the white water group experienced an increase in the average of the white water group which increased from 44.77 to 45.81. Meanwhile, for this group who received the same endurance training treatment, it turns out that the results of this study showed that there was a significant increase as evidenced by the calculated mean results (pre test) of 44.01 to 44.81 (post test).
