Pengaruh Pembelajaran Literasi Digital Terhadap Pemahaman Menggunakan Media Sosial Pada Mahasiswa PPKn Universitas

This research is based on the problems that occur in the FKIP PPKn environment, the low understanding of digital literacy in understanding using social media so that it often consumes hoax issues on social media. This research is a quantitative study with a survey method of causal relationship associative problem formulation. The population in this study consisted of Civics students at Riau University class of 2020, 2021, and 2022 totaling 228 people. The sample size in this study was 60 students. The data collection instruments used were questionnaires, observations, and documentation, data processing using IBM SPSS Version 16. This research analysis uses prerequisite tests, namely descriptive analysis, normality test, linearity test, F test, simple linear regression test, and determination coefficient test. The results of the F test show that the value of Fcount> Ftabel or 50.238> 4.007 with a significant level of
0.00 which means less than 0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that the digital literacy learning variable affects the variable understanding of using social media on Civics students at Riau University. The coefficient of determination was obtained at 46.4% while the remaining 53.6%
