Pengaruh Latihan Interval Training Terhadap Peningkatan Daya Tahan Pada Pemain Sepak Bola SSB Garuda Talent Football Ujung Tanjung Rokan Hilir
This research was conducted to find out whether there is an effect of Interval Training on increasing endurance in football players ujung tanjung rokan hilir. so that when carrying out an attack pattern the player is able to create more goals into the opponent's goal and can win the match. The problem in this research is that the endurance ability of the Garuda Talent Football players at the tip of Tanjung Rokan downstream is still lacking, this can be seen from various trials and friendly and official matches and this is one of the factors that causes defeat. This type of research is a type of experimental research to see the effect of the form of exercise. The aim of this research is to see the effect of interval training on increasing endurance in football players academy ujung tanjung rokan hilir.
The population in this study was the Acacia women's futsal team in Pekanbaru City, totaling 12 people. The sampling technique is to use total sampling, where the entire population is sampled. Data collection techniques were obtained from pre-test and post-test. The instrument in this research uses the Yoyo Intermittent Recovery Test as a tool to measure endurance. Analysis was carried out using the t-test. Based on data analysis and discussion, it is proven by Tcount of 20.29 and Ttable of 1.796. Means Tcount>Ttable. At the level ɑ=0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of Interval Training on Increasing Endurance in Football Players Garuda Talent Football Ujung Tanjung Rokan Hilir.
